6. Shipping and Delivery

DILLYCART fulfills orders through inventory and fulfillment partners located in India and delivers through trusted courier partners across India.

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days from the date the order is placed.

Free shipping applies to orders above ₹499. A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹499.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational constraints
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

DILLYCART is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
