Compact Hatchet with Steel Head and Grip

Keep a compact wood-cutting tool with the garden or camping equipment using this handled hatchet. The carbon steel head forms the working end, while a fibreglass handle and rubber grip give the tool its separate holding section.

Benefits

• Use a hatchet head: The steel cutting head gives the tool its familiar axe form. It provides a dedicated implement for suitable small wood-preparation tasks within an outdoor equipment collection.
• Hold at the grip: Rubber covers the gripping area of the handle. This defines the part intended for holding while the steel head remains at the other end of the tool.
• Keep a fibreglass handle: The handle connects the head and grip in one assembly. Its construction makes it a distinct part of the tool rather than a separate loose accessory to attach during each task.
• Pack a compact tool: The smaller hatchet format is suited to storage with garden or camping gear. Gather it with the other equipment after the task so the same dedicated cutting tool is available for another suitable wood-preparation job.
