Stainless Steel Kitchen Colander with Side Handles

Gather ingredients for rinsing in a colander that has its own handles and raised base. The stainless steel bowl holds the food together as water passes through the draining surface, giving the preparation stage one dedicated kitchen container.

Benefits

• Rinse in the bowl: The open top provides access to the ingredients. Keep the food gathered within the curved body while the water moves through the draining area.
• Let water leave: The perforated surface supplies the outlet for rinse water. It gives the bowl a different purpose from a solid mixing container that would retain the liquid underneath the food.
• Lift from the sides: Two handles provide holding points on the colander. Use them when moving the rinsed ingredients toward the next preparation stage or placing the bowl at the draining spot.
• Rest on the ring: A raised base sits beneath the bowl. This keeps the supporting point separate from the main food area, giving the colander its own resting form between lifting and draining tasks.
