Egg Yolk Separator with Draining Openings

Prepare separate egg parts for a recipe with a small yolk separator and handle. The shaped centre supports the yolk, while openings around it let the white pass into the chosen container beneath the tool.

Benefits

• Keep the yolk at the centre: The separator supplies a shaped support for the yolk during preparation. This gives that part of the egg a place while the white drains away from it.
• Collect the white below: Openings in the head provide the draining path. Position a suitable container underneath so the white has its own collection space for the next recipe step.
• Hold by the handle: The extended section gives the hand a holding point beside the separator head. It keeps the grip away from the central area used for separating the egg parts.
• Prepare for different recipes: Separate egg parts can join baking mixtures or other recipes that call for whites and yolks at different stages. Keep the tool with the preparation supplies so the separation task has a dedicated accessory.
